MATS-3010SA Hysteresisgraph
MATS-3010SA Hysteresisgraph is the special magnetic measurement instrument which is based on the technology of computer, software, A/D data acquisition card and ARM embedded system.
 
MATS-3010SA Hysteresisgraph adopts digital feedback technology and can accurately measure the AC parameters of soft magnets such as soft ferrite, permalloy, amorphous/nanocrystalline and silicon steel under the frequency of 1kHz~350kHz, the measured parameters are total loss ratio Ps, magnetic polarization Jm, magnetic field strength Hm, excitation power Ss, amplitude permeability μa, AC magnetization curve and losses curve.
 



The test system confirms to GB/T 3658-2008, GB/T 19346.1-2017, SJ 20966-2006, IEC 60404-6.

 Test Items                                                 

1.Test sample category : soft magnets such as amorphous/nanocrystalline, silicon steel, permollary, soft ferrite and so on. 
2.Test sample shape: directly winding excitation (N1) and induction (N2) on samples to measure closed circuit samples with shape of ring, rectangle, EE, EI and U shape.
3.Test parameters: Ps, Bm, Hm, Ss, μa, δ, Br and Hc of soft magnets under the frequency of 1kHz~350kHz (continue frequency), and calculate μ′, μ″, μL, μR, Q and AL under certain conditions.
 

 Features                                             

1.Adopt voltammery and DDA to measure dynamic hysteresis loop, and accurately measure μa,δ, Ps, Br and Hc, calculate μ′,μ″,μL, μR, Q and AL under certain condition.
2.The third generation signal source technology which has high frequency and relative stability; it keeps relative high Signal to Noise Ratio when the primary output as low as 0.01V.
With digital dynamic feedback treatment technology, the minimum measured secondary voltage signal can reach to 0.05Vrms.
3.With full frequency range of Fixed Hm measurement, the minimum resolution of primary excitation current is 0.01mA, which can measure the initial permeability ui and saturation magnetic induction Bs of soft ferrite. 
4.The digital programmed power supply has the function of change range automatically. It automatic select output range and sampling range according to test sample characteristics, which effectively improve the safety of instrument and the measurement accuracy. 
5.Overall cooling channel of the chassis which effectively improve the stability of continuous high-power measurement.
6.4.5 inch 854*480 high resolution IPS screen is embedded in the front panel, which displays the real voltage parameter and waveform state. 
7. Automatically and continuously test 255 test points, each point costs about 12 seconds (related with samples). Fixed Freq, Fixed Bm and Fixed Hm modes can be selected.

 SMTest Test Software                                    

1. System and Language
SMTest runs in Windows 7 operating system, confirms to Windows software standards, easy to operate. 
Chinese, English operating interfaces can be selected. 
Multiply units can be selected to meet the use habits of different customers. 
 
2 Test Functions 
Support test modes of Fixed Freq., Fixed Bm, or Fixed Hm. 
Automatically and continuously measurement, support maximum 255 test points.
Real time display I(t), U(t), B(t) sampling wave, display the coordinate of each test point in curve.
Support sample shape parameter input of ring, EE, EI, CD, rectangle, diplopore, Bs and others. 
Calculate Ae and Le according to sample size. 
Set upper and lower limit of μa, Ps, Bm, Br, Hc and Hm to qualified judge test results and mark with data table color. 
 
3. File and Data Management 
File system adopts data base, it can directly print or output test results into Excel. 
File management with powerful functions, it can automatic save data, delete data and delete all data.
Date file contains full sampling data, sample parameters and instrument parameters. The file is in text format, and can input to other software.  
It can display B(H) magnetization curve, B(H) hysteresis loop, μ(H) permeability curve, and display coordinate of each point on the curve. 
 
4 Test Report and Data Export
Support all types of printers, test report and printer pater match perfectly. 
With function of print preview, convenient to adjust the size of test report. 
Directly print test report, or generate the test report into JPG file. 
Send JPG file by E-mail, or save it into disk. 
Test reports contains full curves, test results, test conditions and sample parameters.
User logo and name can be added into test report.
