MATS-3000S Hysteresisgraph
MATS-3000S Hysteresisgraph is an automatically measurement instrument with many functions, it mainly used for measuring soft magnet ferrite, permalloy, amorphous/nanocrystalline and silicon steel under the condition of DC~1KHz.

MATS-3000S Hysteresisgraph can measure the basic magnetization curve and hysteresis loop of soft magnet under DC conditions; precisely measure initial permeability(μi), max permeability(μm), saturated flux density(Bs), remanence(Br), coercivity(Hc) and hysteresis loss Pu. At the same time, it can measure the dynamic magnetization curve under the frequency of 0.01Hz~1kHz, can accurately measure amplitude permeability μa, loss angle δ, total loss ratio Ps, remanence Br and coercivity Hc.

Main Features

1.Apply to: soft magnetic ferrites, permalloy, amorphous, nanocrystalline, iron dust core, electrical pure iron etc.
2.Test sample shapes: ring, E and U shapes.
3.Adopt windows measurement software, easy to use, powerful software functions, and professional technical requirements to tester is very low.
4.The test frequency has both DC and AC, the AC frequency range from 0.01Hz to 1KHz.
5.Adopt analog ballistic method to measure basic magnetization curve and hysteresis loop, can accurately measure magnetic characteristic parameters on magnetization curve: μi, μm, Bs, Hc and Pu.  
6.Before testing μi, there is automatically demagnetization funcftion, and adopt 10Hz AC saturation demagnetization. Select to test single parameter with analog ballistic method to save time, the time of every testing point can be set from 0.1 second to 0.9 second.
7.Adopt B speed feedback, it can automatically adjust the density of test points according to sample magnetic curve shape, and it can also test by customer predefined test points.
8.AC measurement adopts digital power supply which is controlled by computer and A/D data acquisition card, which replace the traditional analog power supply, frequency meter, voltage meter, current meter and power meter, and the whole measure process can automatically finish,
9.AC exciting power source and sampling amplifier integrate into one chassis, which makes the interface of system very easy, one RS232 interface connect to the computer and two 25-core I/O port connect to high speed A/D card.
10.Under AC conditions, Automatic and continuous measurement up to 255 testing points, lock-frequency, lock Bm(over 10Hz) or lock Hm can be selected for multipoint test to get the AC magnetizing curve and loss curve.
11.For AC measurement, tandem connection noninductive resistance by magnetization coil circuit, and by measuring the voltage drop on nonductive resistance to confirm magnetizing current, and get magnetic field intensity. The peak value hold of magnetic field is realized by digital feedback, and the magnetic field lock accuracy is 0.5%.
12.The instrument (DC~10Hz) adopts electron integrator and above 10Hz adopts digital integrator to get magnetic induction. The peak value hold of magnetic induction is realized by digital feedback, and the magnetic field lock accuracy is 0.5%.




Software Functions

1. Operate under Windows7, complied to Windows software restricts, easy to operate.
2. DC and below 10Hz can lock H measurement, above 10Hz can select lock B or lock H measurement to fit for various measurement requirements.
3. Automatic control, intelligent judgment, without user intervention all through the progress.
4. Sampling waveform and instrument status under real-time monitoring, and can be stopped at any time.
5. The effective sectional area and length of magnetic path of samples can be calculated according to the overall dimension of samples.
6. System adopts database format, and it can directly print or output test results to Excel form.
7. Various file management functions: data saving, data deleting and delete all data and so on.
8. Data files contain complete sampled data, sample parameters, instrument parameters and testing schemes, adopt text format, and can be conveniently typed into other software.
9. DC measurement display B(H) magnetization curve, B(H) magnetic hysteresis loop or μ(H) permeability curve, and can display coordinate information of every data point on curve.
10. AC measurement display I(t), U(t),B(t) sampling wave and B(H) hysteresis loop and can display
coordinate information of every data point on curve. With multipoint cluster function, it can display B(H) hysteresis loop cluster, B(H) magnetization curve and Ps(B) loss curve and it can display coordinates message at every data point on the curve. Magnetizing curve B(H) and loss curve Ps(B) which are measured under different conditions can be combined on one drawing for comparative analysis.
11. Set up upper and lower limits according to μa, Ps, Bm, Br, Hc and Hm. Qualification evaluation to the test results and determine according to the color of data table.
12. Support various types of printers, the test paper exactly match the printer paper.
13.  With the function of print preview, it is conveniently to regulate the size and edge distance of test reports.
14. Test reports can be directly printed or generate to JPG files.
15. JPG files can be sent directly through email or save to the disk.
16. Test reports contain complete curve graph, test results, test conditions and sample parameters. It support Chinese and English formats and can be convenient to add the logo and company name of users.
