CIM-3150MDT is a permanent magnets measurement device with high accuracy. It can fast measure flat or three dimensional magnetization angle of magnetized permanent magnets between magnetization vector and magnets fixed axis, meanwhile, it can measure the magnet moment of permanent magnets and has function of sorting. By measuring the magnetic flux signal of the magnet rotate core circle in the Helmholtz Coil to fast separate process and get the magnetic moment and angle.
CIM-3150MDT has high accuracy and small angle error. It is different from the method of calculating magnetic declination angle by measuring the magnetic moment component of three axes. The drift, precision of integrator, verticality of three-dimensional Holmholtz coil and the accuracy of coil constant have great influence on the measurement of declination angle. The measurement accuracy of magnetic moment and the orthogonal precision of coil do not affect the measurement accuracy of the deflection angle, which can be applied to a wide range of samples of different sizes.
