Detailed Introduction

MATS-3121SA Hysteresisgraph can automatically measure the AC magnetic parameters of Fe-Si-Al, Fe-Al, soft ferrite, permalloy, amorphous/nanocrystalline and silicon steel under the frequency of 10Hz~1MHz (continuous frequency), the measured parameters are: Ps, Bm, Hm, Ss, μa, and δ, and can calculate μ′, μ″, μL, μR, Q and AL under certain conditions. 

 

The test system adopts digital signal processing and synthesis technology, it is composed of the high-speed broadband bipolar power amplifier, high precision broadband power analyzer, power compensation module and the industrial computer. The operation interface adopts MATS V7.0 --SMTest measurement software, which can realize the measurement of complex magnetic properties and the management of data.

 

MATS-3121SA/1M Hysteresisgraph adopts power compensation module, the maximum excitation power can reach to 500VA, which achieves wide band and high power, and better solves the problem of high requirement of sample preparation and narrow test range under high frequency test condition.

 

Test Items                                                 

► Shapes of test samples
Directly winding excitation (N1) and induction (N2) on samples to measure closed circuit samples with shape of ring, rectangle, EE, and EI.
► Category of test samples
Soft magnets such as Fe-Si-Al, Fe-Al, amorphous/nanocrystalline, silicon steel, permollary, metal magnetic powder core, soft ferrite and so on.
► Test parameters
Dynamic magnetic parameters of soft magnets, accurately measure μa, δand Ps, and can calculate μ′, μ″, μL, μR, Q and AL under certain conditions.
 
 

Features                                             

► Adopt digital power supply and standard power meter which are controlled by computer and the whole measure process can be finished automatically.  
► Test samples with closed magnetic circuit and can be directly winded and measured on sample. Magnetizing coil (N1) and measuring coil (N2) to form a no-load transformer.
► Magnetizing coil circuit serial with the current of standard power meter, and get the magnetic field peak by reading the current peak value of power meter.
► Connect the measure coil to the voltage input port of standard power meter, calculate the peak value of magnetic flux density by reading the voltage effective value of the power meter.

► Support input sample parameters with shapes of ring, EE, EI, CD, rectangle, diplopore, BS and others.
► Calculate Ae and Le according to sample sizes.
► Multiple groups of measurement conditions can be set at a time, such as fixed frequency, fixed Bm and fixed Hm can be set at the same time. Multi-condition test can be completed with one click.
► Can set 1 to 100 test points for each group at a time, quick setting in batches is supported.
► Save the text conditions to “Saved test conditions”, there is no need to duplicate input test conditions.
► The file system adopts database format and can output test results to Excel tables
► Test data is automatically saved, supporting historical data query, import and delete.
