ATS-40XM Silicon Steel Core Test System
In the field of motor industry, stator core testing is an important quality assurance measure, which can predict the reliability of the motor and subsequent operation and maintenance costs.
 
ATS-400M/401M Silicon Steel Core Test System is mainly used to measure the core loss of large motor (silicon steel) core. The no-load current and core loss are measured under the condition of power frequency. The device is equipped with infrared themometer, which can be used to detect the magnetic characteristics of silicon steel cores and local hot spots of cores, so as to achieve the purpose of product quality control.
 
The device can control and read the power supply by software on PC, and software has functions of automatic measurement, test data display in real time, save test results, save test plan and so on.

ATS-400M/401M Silicon Steel Core Test System is suitable for measuring the stator core of high speed rail motor, marine motor, wind generator, explosion-proof motor and small generator(diameter less than 1 meter, weight less than 1 ton).

 Features                                             

► The system supports two measurement modes of single coil and double coils.
► The sample(core), magnetizing coil (N1), measurement coil (N2) together constitute a no-load transformer.
► The magnetizing coil loop is connected in series with the non-inductive resistance, and the magnetizing current is determined by measuring the voltage drop on the non-inductive resistance and get magnetic field strength, the locking of the peak of magnetic field is achieved through digital feedback.
► The magnetic induction intensity is obtained by digital integration of the voltage on the measuring coil, and the peak of magnetic induction is locked by digital feedback.
► It can measure the core loss of motor stator and display the excitation current, inductive voltage, core loss and frequency in real time.
► The temperature rise of the stator core under working magnetic induction and the local hot spot analysis can be detected by the infrared themometer.

Software

► The software runs in Windows 7 operating system, easy to operate.
► The system supports two test modes of single coil to lock primary voltage and double coils to lock secondary voltage.
► Display the test waveform of current, voltage and frequency in real time.
► Input information of sample No., product batch number, sample name, tester and remarks.
► Preset test scheme according to test requirements of different samples and save to “Test scheme’, When it is needed to test sample, only need to select the test scheme from “Test scheme”list to load the preset parameters, it does not need to repeat the setting.
► The system automatically calculate the voltage and turns of sample after input the sample parameters.
► According to parameters of Ae, Le, magnetic field strength and magnetic flux density to automatically calculate the winding turns of sample.
►The system automatically pop-up window prompt, cooperate with the infrared themometer to record the temperature of core, and can generate the data report of core temperature and the corresponding core loss.
► File system adopts data base, it can directly print or output test results into Excel.
► Test results contains date, S/N, output voltage, output current, exciting power and core loss and can judge test results are “PASS” or “NO” according to set loss upper limit and temperature upper limit.
► The system automatically generates test reports. 
► File management with powerful functions, it can automatic save data, delete data and delete all data.
► Support all types of printers, test report and printer pater match perfectly. Directly print test report, or generate the test report into Excel file.
► User logo and name can be added into test report.
