MATS-313XSA Hysteresisgraph
MATS-313XSA Hysteresisgraph can automatically measure the soft magnets with low permeability, such as metal magnetic core , the measured parameters are: Ps, Bm, Hm, Ss, μa and δ, also μ′, μ″, μL, μR, Q and AL can be calculated under certain conditions.
The test system is composed of industrial computer, excitation power supply, high-precision wide-band power analyzer and power compensation module. The system adopts power compensation technology, and the maximum excitation power can reach to 3000VA or 6000VA, which effectively solves the problem that the power consumption of high-power and low-permeability soft magnetic devices cannot be measured.



 Test Items                                                 

1. Double winding measurement
► Shapes of test samples
Directly winding excitation (N1) and induction (N2) on samples to measure closed circuit samples with shape of ring, rectangle, EE, and EI.
► Category of test samples
Can test soft magnets such as Fe-Si-Al, Fe-Al, amorphous/nanocrystalline, silicon steel, permalloy, and soft ferrite.
► Test parameters
The measured parameters are: μa, δ, Ps, Br and Hc, and can calculate μ′, μ″, μL, μR, Q and AL under certain conditions.

2. Single winding measurement
The device supports single winding measurement and can directly measure magnetic devices such as single winding photovoltaic energy storage inductance and ring inductance. At this time, the power consumption Pe includes the line loss of the winding coil.


 

Features

► Adopt digital power supply and standard power meter which are controlled by computer and the whole measure process can be finished automatically.
► Digital programmable power supply has the function of automatically change the ranges, and can automatically match the output range and sampling range according to the material characteristics, which effectively improve the safety of equipment and measurement accuracy.
► Test samples with closed magnetic circuit and can be directly winded and measured on sample. Magnetizing coil (N1) and measuring coil (N2) to form a no-load transformer.
►Magnetizing coil circuit serial with the current of standard power meter, and get the magnetic field peak by reading the current peak value of power meter.
► Connect the measure coil to the voltage input port of standard power meter, calculate the peak value of magnetic flux density by reading the voltage effective value of the power meter.
