CIM-3500C Magnetic Core Power Consumption Meter
CIM-3500C Magnetic Core Power Consumption Meter is a special equipment for the measuring the power consumption of magnetic components. It can automatically measure the power consumption Pe, voltage Urms, current Irms, exciting power Ss and loss angle δ of low permeability soft magnets such as metal magnetic core.    
 
The test system is composed of industrial computer, excitation power supply, power analyzer and power compensation module. The system adopts power compensation technology, and the maximum excitation power can reach to 8KVA, which effectively solves the problem that the power consumption of high-power and low-permeability soft magnetic devices cannot be measured.
 

 

 Features                                             

1. Adopt digital power supply and standard power meter which are controlled by computer and the whole measure process can be finished automatically.
2. Digital programmable power supply has the function of change ranges automatically, and can automatically match the output range and sampling range according to the material characteristics, effectively improve the safety of equipment and measurement accuracy.
3. Magnetizing coil circuit serial with the current of standard power meter, and get the magnetic field peak by reading the current peak value of power meter.
4. Connect the measure coil to the voltage input port of standard power meter, calculate the peak value of magnetic flux density by reading the voltage effective value of the power meter.
5. Directly measure the single-winding magnetic components. Notes: power consumption Pe includes the wire loss of winding coil.
