MATS-3100M Hysteresisgraph
MATS-3100M Hysteresisgraph is suitable for measuring dynamic magnetic parameters of soft magnetic materials. It can accurately measure the AC parameters of soft magnets such as electric steel sheet(trip), permalloy, amorphous/nanocrystalline, the measured parameters are total loss ratio Ps, magnetic polarization Jm, magnetic field strength Hm, exciting power Ss, amplitude permeability μa, AC Magnetization Curve and Losses Curve.
 
MATS-3100M Hysteresisgraph is configured with a network adapter to support WAN and LAN network connection. The device can be operated by a single machine or can realize centralized management of multi-terminal data through LAN or Internet. The system provides dynamic links for third-party data management software to read.



Test Items

1. Closed circuit samples
Sample, magnetizing coil (N1) and measuring coil (N2) to form a non-load transformer. It can measure the samples with closed magnetic circuit structure such as ring, rectangle, CD shape, EE shape, UU shape and PQ shape.

2. Epstein Frame
Epstein Frame is a magnetizing device used to measure magnetic characteristics of electrical steel strip. It consists of four coils and air flux compensation coil, each of four coils contains a primary magnetization winding and a secondary induction winding. When testing, a primary coil, a secondary coil and a sample of electrical steel strip as an iron core to form a no-load transformer.

3. SST-500 Permeameter
The Permeameter is a magnetizing device used in the measurement of a single piece of electrical steel strip. It is composed of yoke, exciting coil and pole shoe. During the test, the tested sample is put into the Permeameter and with the magnetic yoke to form a closed magnetic circuit.
The Permeameter can be customized according to customer requirements.

Features

► Adopt voltammery and DDA to measure dynamic hysteresis loop, and accurately measure μa, δ, Ps, Br and Hc, calculate μ′,μ″,μL, μR, Q and AL under certain condition.
► The third generation signal source technology, it keeps relative high Signal to Noise Ratio when the primary output as low as 10mV.
► With digital dynamic feedback treatment technology, the minimum measured secondary voltage signal can reach to 1mVrms.
► With digital waveform compensation technology, by the application of digital treatment technology of digital synthesis and phase shift to effectively guarantee the waveform factor of secondary voltage when the sample is near the saturation magnetization state and make the measurement results more accurate.
► Full frequency range of Fixed H measurement, the minimum resolution of primary excitation current is 0.01mA. It is especially suitable for measuring AC magnetization curve of current transformer cores.
